Ordering Questions:

When will my order arrive? Our fulfillment center processes orders rather quickly and try to arrange the fastest shipping option available. You can expect your item to arrive in 3-14 days, depending on shipping location and item availability. Each order will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships.

It states "Item is out of stock" – how long before items are back in stock? Items out of stock are either currently in production or in transit to our fulfillment facility. Please check that item's detailed description for a date to expect when it will be back in stock.

Hysteria Wellness™ Towel shipping separately: Currently our sets that include the Hysteria Wellness™ Turkish Towel will ship immediately without the towel. Our towels are still currently in production and will ship separately, to be expected in November. We will provide updates and shipping confirmation when they ship.

What are "Coming soon!" items? These are items that we are just so excited about, that we couldn't keep it secret! Stay tuned, coming soon translates to just weeks away!

Returns and Exchanges. Unfortunately, due to the nature of most our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Depending on the circumstances, we might be able to provide a refund or credit in exchange for an honest review on why the product wasn't the right fit. We understand that relationships don’t always work out and we hope you’ll continue try our other products.
